FACES of Change® is Crescent supporting the communities in which we live and work.

FACES of Change, a program founded in 1997 by Crescent Real Estate Equities, partners Crescent employees, customers and business associates with elementary schools with limited resources in the communities in which the company serves. Since its inception, FACES of Change has contributed in excess of $2.3 million in financial and in-kind donations as well as more than 50,000 volunteer hours to 80 schools. Each FACES of Change partnership is unique, creating powerful benefits for students, school families and volunteers. Since 1997, FACES partnerships have:

• Provided Crescent employees, customers and partners an opportunity to give back to the community;
• Provided e-mail mentors for 4th grade students;
• Raised money for new playground equipment;
• Distributed backpacks filled with rulers, pencils, erasers and other school supplies;
• Created a tranquil Peace Patio and outdoor classroom;
• Helped create a "Dino Pit" for future paleontologists;
• Built a pond and ecosystem for science studies;
• Provided volunteers for school reading festivals;
• Laid cable to provide Internet access;
• Provided transportation, lunches and volunteers for a trip to an art museum;
• Built a school's first-ever science lab;
• Celebrated Dr. Seuss's birthday with nationwide readings;
• Brought students and professional musicians together to perform and learn;
• Held book drives to encourage reading;
• Brought countless smiles to FACES volunteers and children!
