Why is everyone in this picture smiling? Because beginning with the 2004-2005 school year, Austin region's FACES of Change® is welcoming every Austin property as a full partner in the program!

The new Austin FACES partnerships are: They are also smiling because Tom Petrie, director of property management, hosted a new FACES team lunch. It was Tom's idea to capitalize on his group's outstanding teamwork and gather everyone together for one New Partnership Lunch. The principals and their staff members were welcomed by the Austin team with traditional Crescent hospitality.

Tom introduced the program and described Crescent's desire to be a contributing partner in Austin. Kathy Rosenthal, director or community relations and FACES of Change, gave a recap of the past history of FACES in Austin, and outlined the necessary steps to form a successful and rewarding partnership. This was followed by Q & A time, where the school principals had an opportunity to ask questions.

A Texas-sized thank you to Tom and all of the Austin FACES team!
